Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources Director with the administration of programs, policies and procedures. Assists with recruiting and a variety of tasks and projects involving training, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, HRIS data entry and records management. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with benefits. Some travel required within service area.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field is required. Two or more years of relevant experience in human resources is required;
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, communication with tact and discretion;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of ATS and HRIS a plus;
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with people of diverse lifestyles, backgrounds, ethnic and cultural groups and;
  • Valid Driver’s License.
